After weeks of semi-ambiguous countdowns, Easter eggs, and other promotional hints, including the artwork for 1989 and 1989 (Taylor’s Version) being altered to match the Toy Story branding, Taylor Swift has released “I Knew It, I Knew You,” from the soundtrack to Disney and Pixar’s upcoming Toy Story 5. The album will be released on June 19, a week ahead of the film, along with a vinyl single and not one but three one-track CDs with alternate versions of the song.

Co-written and co-produced by longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff, “I Knew It, I Knew You” boasts a midtempo swing, marking Swift’s return to the country music genre, punctuated by banjo, harmonica, and swooping strings. The song’s lyrics were inspired by rough-and-tumble cowgirl Jessie’s journey throughout the Toy Story films: “I knew you/Through the daze of the blades of the grass in summer/Parachutes for the free fall of being younger.”
