Afghanistan

President Obama declared Wednesday that the United States had largely achieved its goals in Afghanistan, setting in motion a substantial withdrawal of American troops.

The Supreme Court has struck down a law forbidding drug manufacturers from using information about the prescription drugs doctors prescribe to tailor their sales pitches to physicians.
